Can you guarantee a stain will come out?
No honest company can — it depends on the stain, the fiber and how long it sat. What we do guarantee: an honest assessment before we start, and a free re-treatment if a removed spot wicks back.
Why does the pet smell come back on humid days?
Urine crystals in the pad reactivate with humidity. Surface cleaning can't fix that — our enzyme treatment breaks the crystals down where they sit.
Is the treatment safe for pets afterwards?
Yes — our enzyme and deodorizing products are non-toxic and pet-safe once dry, usually within a few hours.
